Google Maps Street View Won't' Let You Unblur Images.
A new page will load labeled, Report Inappropriate Street view. Adjust the image so that the thing you want to blur is inside the red box. Fill out the form and check back in a few days to see if the image has been blurred. You can ask Maps to blur parts of photos, like faces or license plates, or entire properties, as long as you believe their picture contains identifying information. Google also allows users to request deletion of user-uploaded images that appear in the left sidebar when an address is entered.

How to Take Pictures for Google Maps It Still Works. Search Glass.
The user-submitted photos which appear on Google mapping services such as Google Earth and Google Maps, are first submitted through Panoramio. Upload the photos to Panoramio using your Panoramio account. Map the photos in the Panoramio website. This process is necessary for Google to understand where the pictures were taken, and how to associate them with real locations. You can map a photo by clicking the map image on the website, or searching for an address, city, or landmark. Exact coordinates may also be entered into the address field for mapping using that method. Proceed to upload additional photos over time, if desired. There is no guarantee that Google will approve all photos. However, in order for them to be valid candidates, all photos must be mapped to locations in Panoramio. You will know if a photo has been included in Google services when a note appears under the photo while you are logged into Panoramio. The note will indicate that the photo is selected and will identify which Google services now include it. Panoramio: Adding photos to Panoramio. Photos with inappropriate content are likely to not be included in Google Maps.
